SHO-U is fully aware that the most important significance for the formation of any corporations is creating unique values constantly. Therefore, SHO-U allocates a fixed percentage from annual revenues in new product department. The research and development team also keeps in a fixed number of staff. The ratio of research and development team to all staff is 1 : 5.
