1. What should we do when the dealer’s name in the warranty card is different from the one in the receipt?
A: SHOU will base on dealer’s seal for the warranty card, and please provide product serial number.
2. What should we do if the invoice provided by the dealer did not show the product model number?
A: Please provide product serial number or clear dealer’s certificate seal
3. Can the date shown in the warranty card be modified?
A: No, the date specified in the warranty card should be clear and it is not allowed to be modified.
4. Are all SHOU products provided warranty service? How much is it for the warranty service?
A: Yes, all SHOU products are provided with one year warranty service. You can apply the service from the dealer’s or the EC store where you purchased the product.
5. If I have purchased more than one product for the same model, can I use the latest date for the warranty card I have purchased to apply the service?
A: It is not allowed to use the latest date of the warranty card for the same products you have purchased. We will use the serial number to validate the warranty period.
6. When does the warranty start effective? Is it from the date I opened the box or from the time I paid for the product?
A: The product warranty effective period is from date shown in the invoice.
7. When I purchased the product, the dealer did not affix the seal on the warranty card or signature. Therefore the warranty card did not show any information, is the product I purchased still eligible for warranty service?
A: If you lost your warranty card or invoice, SHOU will base on the serial number to apply the warranty service.

1. How long does it take for the product repair service? Will extra service charge be applied?
A: SHOU does not warrant the defective products by man-made damage, and it can be swapped with new one under the condition that SHOU considers the case is within the warranty service.

A: We suggest that you apply from the original store you have purchased.
2. If the color of the product I purchased is slightly different from the one in SHOU website, can I apply the product return service?
A: If you are concerned with the color difference, we suggest you can go to the nearest dealer to purchase SHOU products.
